Since last friday, I'm getting aches and sores on my lower back, near the kidney areas. Thought nothing of it until just Monday morning, I couldn't get up due to the intense pain that shot through my whole waist area (if I have any).
Seeing as being a diabetic, this is rather a chilling call for me. Could it be Kidney disease? Yeah, so I tried to wash up and grab some cash to go see the doctor. Took me about 15 minutes just to get up and 5 minutes to wash up and 30 minutes to trail down the stairs and limp my way to the doc, which is just further down my block, like a typical arthritis afflicted old man. Guess I'm catching a glimpse of what's to come in half a century later.
Bleh.... So I finally got to the doc and waited for my turn. Ding~ there I go, after some touchy feely by the doctor, adjusting my postures and stuffs and me responding, ouch ouch ouch ouch~ the doc says I'm suffering from a bad case muscle strain on my lower back.
Phew~ I am sort of relieved to hear this piece of news. But the days to come will be me walking around like a frail old man. Unsightly!

Date After A Shagged Week...
... is so not recommended for everyone.
Both my sweetie and I were walking around after we met up to celebrate my birthday. Had sandwiches at the TCC, Funan Centre. We thought we could make it in time to check out the shops upstairs for the IP phones she wants but alas, the shops are closed at nine.
What the heck?!
So there we are... walking among the closed or closing shops. Eventually, we went to the ground floor to find some place to sit and chat. But both of our eyes are gonna be closed shut soon. It's so bad, we had to call it an early night.
Boy am I so embarrased as i couldn't keep myself together, trying to fight my lethargy. So sorry we had to go so early, I owe you this one sweetheart.
As my title says it all, don't go on a date when you're totally psyched out of your work week. You'll get too lethargic to do stuffs together. :P

Monday Blues~
Well I wasn't that blue actually until I heard about how many projects I have on my plate. Counting them all, I should have to complete 7 if they were all to get back to me for amendments.
Oh well... Just gotta persevere. After all, tomorrow's my first anniversary in working in the Litt Lindden office. Heh! 1 year worth of portfolio. It's time to compile them and make a new portfolio site for myself.
Oh! That reminds me. Need to finish up the caricaltures for my Liang Shan friends and vectorise them. Currently done 6 out of 11 of them all. Fun little thing that I have the motivation to do.
Anyway, this whole week no vocal lessons... a bit bored.... vocal instructor went on reservist. >.< That's what's causing the Monday blues.
Anyway, gotta get back to work.

It's Frigging Friday!
Wow! There goes a week of my life in a flash. Though I'm feeling like I'm facing my "drought period" of my stuff. I'm stoning every where, getting intense headaches throughout the week. Didn't make much progress with my stuffs.
What the hell am I doing? Hmmmm. It'll be great if I find my answers soon. Am I confused? Am I taking this to heart, for too much? I need answers and I'll gladly give my 50,000 peanuts to anyone who can enlighten this poor soul right now.
Can't wait for the week to end and then I'll just take a 2 day break and rethink and refocus. Need to get back the feeling where I first started.
What should I do in order to let everything fall in place?

Two Projects and a Stiff Neck
Woke up this morning with a stiff neck that's so bad, I can't turn my head to the right. Imagine the way I have to manouevre my body whenever I try to turn to whatever's happening to my right.
Work is as usual in a typical warm and humid Singapore tuesday. Two projects to finish up as soon as possible for me. Can't say that it's not fun, rather, I'm enjoying it. Finally got my first graphics design, Singapore Mint Catalogue Folder, to do after working for this whole year of work in this company.
Hopefully I can do well with the designs for Singapore Mint as well as other of my multimedia stuffs that will just bump along the way.

The Sardines Scenario over at IT Show 2007
Yesterday night was a hectic day for me. Trying to streamline myself through the horde of people (in all sizes) through CitiLink.
When I reached City Hall station, I met up with one of my poly classmate and gang and then we made our way through to HMV area, waiting for the other two guys and my sweetheart.
Through some miscommunication, we still managed to meet up and made our way to meet my girl who's already waiting for us since 3:30pm.
Goodness me, sorry to make you wait for so long dear. :)
Anyhow. The crowd in Suntec wasn't as what we expected it to be bad, so we continued to take a look at the different counters. First stop was PS3. Graphics cool and looks damn slick. Though the price tag is a killer as of right now. So I guess it'll be the time when the whole hype dies down and the depreciation of PS3 that I'll consider buying it.
As I need to get a new monitor (Wee~ now working on my new LCD monitor), and my friend who needed a new memory stick for his PSP, we went up to the sixth floor and mingle around there searching for the best product we want.
Managed to find what we need and we decided to bail out for dinner. Everyone's starving and we made some turns, wrong turns around, thanks to the blur me. Dear helped me out as she's more familiar with Marina Square's layout.
Like what her folks say, guys can navigate the jungle but girls can navigate around shopping malls. Heh! How true is that?
In the end, the crowd rules and we had to make do with Burger King.
And one of my dear friends was talking about the truth behind all fast food joints and the ingredients of the food and stuff. It's amazingly a put off, at least for me. LOL! But those are hard facts, so have to learn to deal with it. Maybe should do a few research of my own to find out.
We further chatted for a brief moment and we talked abt quite a lot of things, most importantly, healthy lifestyle and eating habits. Lard rules over vegetable oil! Take that Vege supporters. :P
It's been a long time since we catch up and really enjoyed the whole conversation, since, including my girl, we're course mates since poly year 1.
It's really cool we get to meet up like this for a long time since we graduate. Ahh when will be the next time we can do this again?
Maybe can arrange for a movie outing with them again. Who knows?

There goes my dough~
Omigosh! I lost my phone today... and it's all thanks to the bag that I couldn't bear to let go >.<
Managed to get a replacement for my SIM card and upgraded a new phone (thankfully I'm eligible). BUT!!! My bank suffered a 500 points of damage >.<

Apparently, the bag was supposedly being patched up with no holes at all... But when I discovered that my phone's gone, there was a new hole that the phone probably slipped through.
Dang! Imagine the pain of not able to make contact for the whole full day. Suddenly I felt the pace of my life disrupted from this whole incident. Wow... what if my internet connection is out of my life right at this instance? Will I go insane since I'm so used to the life I'm leading now, with all the gadgets at my disposal.
The thought of having all of these stuffs to one day be taken away from me... It'll be truly a nightmare if I'm totally dependent on these kinds of things.
Maybe I'm being a paranoid, but I'd say we'd better prepare ourselves in cases of these things actually happens and know how to deal with it.
Who knows? Anyway, I'm gonna just go watch my television series and chill away from these conundrum.

A New Camera
It's time to go crazy with my new Fuji FX-31FD Camera! Really cool features and most of all, I can play with it as if it's a manual camera. Plus the image stabilizer can help me with more photoshoots in the future when it comes to print and web designs.
